Refund & Return Policy

Overview
Our refund and return policy lasts 7 days. If 7 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

Eligibility for Return
To be eligible for a return, your item must:

  • Be unused

  • Be in the same condition as when you received it

  • Be in its original packaging

Non-returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines)

  • Intimate or sanitary goods

  • Hazardous materials

  • Flammable liquids or gases

Additionally, the following items are non-returnable:

  • Gift cards

  • Downloadable software products

  • Some health and personal care items

Return Process
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Books with obvious signs of use

  • Opened CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record

  • Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts (due to reasons not related to our error)

  • Items returned more than 7 days after delivery

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you havenโ€™t received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account.

  2. Contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to post.

  3. Contact your bank, as there may be a processing delay.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for refunds. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. A gift certificate will be mailed once we receive the returned item.

If the item was not marked as a gift or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be processed to the gift giverโ€™s account.

Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.

For more expensive returns, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
